HyperArc Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: September 6, 2026
HyperArc (com.hyperarc.racing) is developed by Ojaskara Studio. This policy describes information handled by the game and how to contact us.
1. Information handled by the game
HyperArc does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information, device identifiers, location, gameplay activity or sensor readings to Ojaskara Studio. The game contains no advertising, analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDKs. Gameplay runs locally without an internet connection.
2. Local storage
The game stores control preferences, tilt sensitivity and calibration, joystick side, auto-fire, Pilot Assist, haptics, volume and tutorial status on your device. Arena completion and unlock state are also stored locally. A local playtest log, when present, can contain completion time, collision and recovery counts, average speed, finishing position, steering reversals and a timestamp. These records are not uploaded.
3. Sensors and permissions
Optional tilt steering reads the device gravity sensor to control the ship. Readings are processed on the device; the calibration neutral value is saved locally. HyperArc does not access your camera, microphone, contacts or location. Touch controls are available without tilt input. The inspected Android build requests no Android permissions, including no internet permission.
4. Sharing and third parties
HyperArc does not send game data to Ojaskara Studio or share it with advertising or analytics providers. It uses the Godot engine and standard Android support libraries. Google Play processes your purchase and distribution under its own policies; HyperArc does not receive your payment card details. Opening this policy launches your browser, whose network requests are handled by the website host and browser under their policies.
5. Security, retention and deletion
Settings and progress are stored in the app’s local storage. The game has no developer-operated account or cloud-save service, and Android app backup is disabled in the inspected build. Local records remain until you clear the app’s storage through Android settings or uninstall it. Clearing storage removes preferences and progress. No method of storage is completely secure.
6. Children’s privacy
The same local-only game data handling applies to all players. HyperArc does not provide user accounts, chat or advertising and does not ask players for personal information. If you have a concern about a child’s information supplied separately to the studio, contact us using the address below. Store age ratings and intended-audience declarations are provided separately.
7. Contact and voluntary correspondence
For privacy questions or deletion requests concerning correspondence you have sent us, email ojaskarastudio.dev@gmail.com. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so that we can respond. This voluntary correspondence is separate from game data. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
8. Policy changes
We will update this page and its date when the game’s information practices change. You can review the current policy here and through the game’s Privacy Policy entry.
