SolveBox — Last updated: August 14, 2026
SolveBox ("the App") is developed by Ojaskara Studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App.
SolveBox does not require an account or ask you to provide your name, email address, or other direct contact information. Game progress and puzzle results are stored locally on your device.
However, the App uses third-party services that may collect data automatically:
We use AdMob data to deliver and measure advertisements, Analytics data to understand engagement and improve the game, Crashlytics data to maintain stability and investigate errors, and consented Meta App Events to measure and improve app-install promotions. We do not sell your personal information. Google and Meta process information for these services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Certain puzzle challenges use on-device sensors (accelerometer, gyroscope, microphone, step counter). Sensor data is processed entirely on-device in real-time and is never stored or transmitted.
The microphone permission is requested only for sound-based challenges. No audio is recorded or stored.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Game progress stored locally on your device can be cleared by resetting progress in the App or uninstalling it. Information processed by Google is retained in accordance with the retention settings and policies for AdMob and Firebase. Aggregated or de-identified reports may be retained for product analysis.
You can avoid rewarded-ad requests by not choosing an ad-supported hint or skip. You can clear local game progress from the App. You may also reset your device's advertising identifier or manage ad personalisation through your Google settings. Meta marketing attribution is disabled until you choose to allow it. You can enable or withdraw that permission at any time from the Privacy section in the App's Settings. Withdrawing permission stops future Meta App Events from the App. To request information or deletion relating to data under our control, contact us using the address below.
When you voluntarily submit the feedback form on our website, we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. This information is used only to read and respond to your feedback.
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service. Do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message.
The App may display ads containing links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security information, Meta Privacy Policy, and AdMob policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
