HyperArc Android Privacy Policy
Updated September 26, 2026 · Android version 0.31.0 and later
HyperArc (com.hyperarc.racing) works offline and does not require an account. Optional gameplay analytics is off until you choose to share it. You can change your choice in Settings.
Optional analytics
If you enable “Share gameplay analytics”, Google Analytics for Firebase processes app usage and gameplay events for Ojaskara Studio. These include first opens, sessions and engagement; tutorial completion or skipping; level selection, starts, outcomes, duration, retries and exits; and ship selection. Event details can include arena, level, and input method. We use this information to understand completion, retention and game quality.
The SDK assigns an app-instance identifier and collects device/app information such as model, operating system, app version and language. Google derives approximate location from network IP information; we do not request location permission or send GPS coordinates. We do not send names, email addresses, control sensor readings or per-frame gameplay telemetry. Advertising-ID collection and advertising personalization are disabled. The game contains no ads.
Your choice
Choose “Not now” to play without analytics. You can enable or withdraw consent under Settings → Share gameplay analytics. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears analytics data stored locally by the SDK, resetting its app-instance identifier. It does not automatically delete events already received by Google. Offline events collected while enabled may be sent after connectivity returns.
Local gameplay data
Progress, unlocks, tutorial status and settings stay on your device. The analytics preference is stored separately. There is no developer-operated account or cloud save. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local records, including progress. Tilt controls process sensor readings locally. The game does not access your camera, microphone or contacts.
Service providers and security
Google processes optional analytics for the studio. Data is encrypted in transit and may be processed where Google and its service providers operate. See Firebase privacy information and Google’s privacy policy. Google Play handles purchases and distribution; we do not receive payment-card details. Google Play Android vitals provides platform stability reports under Google’s policies; this app does not include Firebase Crashlytics.
Retention and requests
The Analytics property retains event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months. The user-data retention period resets when new activity is received. Aggregate reports may remain longer. Contact ojaskarastudio.dev@gmail.com with privacy questions or deletion requests. Because we do not link gameplay analytics to your name or email, identifying a particular installation’s historical data may not be possible from an email address alone. Do not send passwords or payment details.
Other versions and policy changes
This page covers the Android analytics update. Earlier versions and Apple releases use the existing HyperArc privacy policy. We will update this page when Android data practices change. Opening policy or support links uses your browser and the website host’s services.
